There are two parts to this proposal, the second part you will see is multifaceted.

1. The purchase of an adjacent lot to the one that has been purchased by the men of the church and Brother José Ramirez. Cost for this property (12m X 25m) is $15,000 (USD).

2. The next phase is the purchase of materials for the structures that are proposed in the description above. The hope is to have teams go and work with the local people to keep the labor costs down. Total Cost, TBD.
